Out of stock items generally ship within 10 business days. Please note: orders that include one or more out of stock items are held until they can be shipped complete.
You will receive an email notification at the address provided during checkout when your order has been shipped. This will include the UPS tracking number and estimated delivery date based on your selected shipping option.
All orders are shipped from the U.S. and all fees are charged in U.S. dollars. If you are outside the U.S., please verify importation policies with your country’s Customs Department, as you may be subject to additional duties/taxes once shipment is received in your country.
We currently accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. You can also pay for your purchase by check or money order. To pay using either of these options, send us your request along with your payment to:

When making a credit card purchase, your credit card number is safely entered via a secure server that encrypts all information submitted. We guarantee that every transaction you make is 100% safe. This means that you will pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping with AR North America.

All orders shipped to Minnesota addresses will be subject to sales tax in accordance with state laws. Orders shipped elsewhere will not be charged sales tax. Please note that your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax on them directly.
AR North America is committed to making customer satisfaction a priority, and we understand that sometimes it is necessary to exchange or return an item. You can return your merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement with no questions asked. To process a return, please call 1-866-235-5112 or email email@example.com
Returns must be in "as new" conditions and boxed in the original packaging. You will receive your credit within 5-10 business days of when we receive the returned item. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items returned for warranty consideration must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and proof of purchase. All unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back to sender. AR North America is not responsible for any freight costs associated with unauthorized returns. Of course, you will not be responsible for shipping costs on warranty merchandise being returned to you.
